| The NERTEC Internet Utility Account Access System allows you, the customer, to view your energy
consumption. Your utility has made this system available so you can see your monthly or daily usage. You are only
permitted to view your consumption on your account only. Conversely, your account information cannot be accessed
by anyone else outside the utility, so your information will remain private and confidential. In order to access information about your specific consumption, you will need your utility account number and your personal identification number (PIN).
